📋 Description

• As an Executive Loan Officer at Rocket Mortgage, you will serve as the trusted face of the brand in your local Illinois community, leveraging your mortgage expertise and professional network to guide clients through one of life’s most significant financial decisions—helping them achieve homeownership or refinance goals with confidence and personalized support.
• You will drive business growth by cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, accountants, and other referral partners, while representing Rocket Mortgage at community events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence in your market.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include consulting with clients to assess their financial profiles, recommending suitable loan products, educating them on the mortgage process, and managing each file from application through closing—ensuring compliance, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rocket Mortgage’s evolving loan offerings, underwriting guidelines, and procedural changes to provide accurate, timely advice and position yourself as a trusted advisor in a competitive lending landscape.
• By building and nurturing a loyal book of business through consistent referral generation and client satisfaction, you will directly contribute to revenue growth while enjoying the autonomy of an entrepreneurial role backed by the resources, technology, and national brand strength of a mortgage industry leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage loan origination with a demonstrated ability to generate referrals and sustain consistent lead volume
• Active Federal NMLS certification and valid Illinois state mortgage license
• Strong professional communication, time management, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding production goals in a commission-based or entrepreneurial environment
