  • • As an Executive Loan Officer at Rocket Mortgage, you will serve as the trusted face of the brand in your local Indiana community, leveraging your mortgage expertise to guide clients through one of life’s most significant financial decisions—buying or refinancing a home.   • • Day to day, you will build and nurture strategic relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, accountants, and other referral partners to generate consistent lead flow; represent Rocket Mortgage at community events, civic functions, and local networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and trust; develop and manage a growing book of business by cultivating referral sources and maintaining long-term client relationships; conduct in-depth financial consultations with clients to assess creditworthiness, income, assets, and debt-to-income ratios, then recommend tailored loan products—including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans—that align with their short- and long-term goals; educate clients on the mortgage process, interest rates, closing costs, and repayment options to empower informed decision-making; guide clients through every stage of the loan lifecycle—from initial application and document collection to underwriting, appraisal, and closing—proactively addressing concerns, resolving delays, and ensuring a seamless, transparent experience; maintain rigorous compliance with federal, state, and Rocket Mortgage underwriting guidelines by verifying employment, income, property details, and credit documentation; and continuously update your knowledge on evolving loan programs, interest rate trends, and regulatory changes through Rocket Mortgage’s internal training and certification resources.

  • • Active Federal NMLS certification and valid Indiana state mortgage license
