- • The Executive Office Senior Specialist supports servicing operations by researching, responding to, and resolving customer complaints received via phone, email, and social media, advocating for homeowners and ensuring their feedback informs business improvements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching homeowner complaints, executing or recommending solutions, resolving issues effectively, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, acting as a liaison between homeowners and business lines, monitoring complaint notices across portals, and completing additional assigned tasks.
- • The role sits within Valon’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) team, which interprets legal and regulatory frameworks, implements enterprise risk management, oversees third-party relationships, and partners with product and technology teams to ensure compliant business initiatives.
- • The individual will gain experience in regulatory compliance, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-scaling, technology-driven mortgage and lending company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, managing over $130 billion in loans.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of complaints-processing experience
- • Previous experience handling complaints by regulatory agencies
- • Previous experience with Zendesk, NICE, and Google Suite
- • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- • Attention to detail
