You will blend the strategic oversight of a Chief of Staff with the practical, hands-on execution of Marketing Operations. Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, convert nascent ideas into actionable plans, and maintain relentless follow-through across multiple business ventures. This is not just about managing tasks; it's about orchestrating success, ensuring that every initiative, from high-level strategy to granular marketing execution, moves forward with precision and efficiency.
• • Your responsibilities will span the critical operational rhythms of the CEO and the marketing engines of the businesses. You will be the guardian of the CEO’s time and focus, meticulously managing their calendar, prioritizing their workload, and orchestrating weekly planning sessions and daily check-ins. A key aspect of your role will be to capture the CEO’s “brain dumps”—those crucial, often unstructured, insights and ideas—and translate them into clear, concise deliverables. This involves defining owners, setting realistic deadlines, and outlining precise next steps, ensuring that no valuable thought goes unacted upon.
• • To maintain momentum and clarity, you will be tasked with building and refining lightweight systems that streamline workflows. This includes developing standardized templates, creating recurring checklists for essential processes, transforming meeting notes into actionable tasks, and establishing clear escalation paths for issues. These systems are designed to foster autonomy and efficiency, allowing the CEO and the wider team to operate with greater clarity and less friction.
• • Beyond operational orchestration, you will dive deep into marketing operations execution. This hands-on component is critical for driving growth initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate tagging and efficient lead routing, setting up and managing email automation sequences, and implementing follow-up automation to nurture leads and engage customers. Your expertise in these areas will directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
• • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in coordinating campaign and content rollouts across the entire portfolio of businesses. This includes managing the execution of marketing efforts for initiatives like the Spray Foam podcast and CoveCasa campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence across all platforms. You will be the linchpin connecting strategic marketing goals with operational execution, ensuring timely and successful launches.
• • Accountability is paramount. You will be responsible for enforcing accountability with operators and external partners, proactively identifying blockers, and driving them to resolution without requiring direct CEO micromanagement. Your ability to anticipate challenges and facilitate solutions will be key to maintaining project velocity and achieving objectives.
• • To provide critical visibility into performance, you will produce a comprehensive weekly portfolio scorecard. This report will synthesize key marketing and sales KPIs, track project milestones, and highlight potential risks, offering the CEO a clear, data-driven overview of business health and progress.
