- • As an Executive Partner (General Counsel Advisory) at Gartner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to General Counsel and Chief Legal Officers across industries, helping them navigate complex legal, governance, and risk challenges while driving strategic transformation within their organizations.
- • You will deliver executive advisory services through bi-weekly client engagements, synthesize Gartner research into actionable insights, facilitate strategy sessions and peer roundtables, and support client retention and growth by partnering with sales teams to enable value-based selling of Gartner’s Guided Product offerings.
- • You will collaborate with Research Analysts, Client Support Professionals, and Account Executives to tailor solutions, develop customized value plans, and support members throughout the full lifecycle—from pre-sale to renewal—while contributing to thought leadership in areas like legal technology, AI adoption, third-party risk, and board-level communication.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5+ years of experience serving as a General Counsel or top legal role within an organization
- • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate legal environments
- • Proven background as GC of a public organization with at least $1B in annual revenue
- • In-depth understanding of legal functions and adjacent areas including compliance, audit, risk, privacy, and enterprise risk management
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to adapt and deliver client-ready materials
- • Technologically savvy with ability to manage independent administrative tasks in a lean operational model
