📋 Description
- • As an Executive Radiopharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison (Executive RPT-MSL) at RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner to the Thought Leader community, engaging in authentic peer-to-peer dialogue to advance radiopharmaceutical therapy development and patient impact.
- • Day to day, you will build scientific partnerships with leading RPT Thought Leaders and HCPs, lead high-impact scientific discussions, gather actionable insights from clinical sites, support trial design and enrollment, and translate frontline feedback into strategic recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- • RayzeBio blends the agility of an emergent biotech with the global resources of Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on developing transformative radiopharmaceutical therapies for solid tumors, with a mission to improve survival for people living with cancer through targeted radioisotopes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in radiopharmaceuticals and oncology, influence clinical strategy and launch planning, mentor peers, and contribute to shaping the future of cancer care while working with a high-performing, mission-driven team.
🎯 Requirements
- • MD, PhD, PharmD (or equivalent) or closely related RPT specialty such as nuclear medicine technologist
- • 10+ years of relevant experience in oncology and/or radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT), with minimum 3 years of field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product
- • Proven track record of external engagement with national and global Thought Leaders
- • Scientific agility: ability to engage in peer-to-peer dialogue about data in a fair and balanced way, with expert knowledge of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery models
- • Customer/Commercial Mindset: results-oriented, resilient attitude with ability to drive organizational performance and cultivate relationships with Thought Leaders and commercial/sales teams
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex scientific and clinical data clearly to healthcare professionals
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- • Applies AI to improve team execution and decision-making
