📋 Description
- • As an Executive Search Analyst at Talentful Ltd, you will play a key role in helping high-growth technology companies build world-class teams by transforming recruitment into a strategic driver of business value.
- • You will assist in creating search strategies, including target company lists and candidate archetypes, conduct rigorous desk research for specific roles, and work closely with one client at a time to deeply understand their culture and hiring needs.
- • You will partner with senior stakeholders to communicate the value of strong talent practices, support senior recruiters with top-of-funnel activities, and contribute to hiring events and client experience.
- • You will work within a global team of seasoned talent leaders who embed alongside client teams, gaining exposure to best practices in executive hiring, workforce planning, and inclusive talent development at companies like Alphabet, Microsoft, and Pinterest.
🎯 Requirements
- • Executive Recruiting experience in either an agency or in-house setting
- • Experience supporting senior engineering and product hiring
- • Strong sourcing skills and expertise in recruitment analysis and research
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
- • Technical educational background
