Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Solenis is seeking an Executive Talent Partner for its Industrial Water business to lead strategic talent acquisition focused on sales and industry talent, leveraging deep market relationships to attract high-performing commercial professionals who drive growth in water treatment solutions.
- • This role is critical to Solenis’ growth strategy, as it directly supports territory expansion, customer segment penetration, and long-term business objectives by building talent pipelines that align with commercial priorities in a $23K+ global organization recognized as a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.
- • Serve as the dedicated talent partner to Industrial Water commercial leadership, acting as a trusted advisor who understands the nuances of sales leadership, business development, and market dynamics within the water treatment and specialty chemicals sectors.
- • Develop and execute proactive talent strategies tied to territory expansion, emerging customer segments, and growth initiatives, using market intelligence to anticipate hiring needs before they become urgent.
- • Leverage an established professional network within the industrial water commercial community to identify, engage, and assess passive high-performers, including top sales leaders, business development executives, and technical consultants from competitors and adjacent markets.
- • Build and maintain dynamic talent maps across key competitors and related industrial sectors, tracking movement, compensation trends, and availability of talent with consultative selling and technical credibility.
- • Evaluate candidates rigorously for commercial acumen, solution-based selling ability, technical understanding of water treatment chemistries and systems, and cultural alignment with Solenis’ values of innovation, safety, and sustainability.
- • Provide ongoing market intelligence to HR and business leaders on compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring patterns, talent supply/demand imbalances, and emerging skill sets in industrial sales.
- • Partner closely with centralized Talent Acquisition operations, HR business partners, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects Solenis’ employer brand and commitment to excellence.
- • Cultivate long-term, multi-year talent pipelines that support not just immediate openings but strategic growth goals over 3–5 years, reducing time-to-hire and improving quality of hire for critical commercial roles.
- • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and credibility, engaging senior sales leaders as peers while maintaining disciplined execution of recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance standards.
- • Contribute to Solenis’ reputation as an employer of choice in the industrial water space by representing the company authentically at industry events, trade shows, and professional networks.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of commercial sales, business development, or recruiting experience within water treatment, specialty chemicals, or related industrial markets such as oil & gas, pulp & paper, food & beverage, or power generation.
- • Demonstrated depth of professional network within the industrial water commercial community, including proven ability to access and engage passive senior sales and business development talent from competitors and adjacent sectors.
- • Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, territory management, solution-based selling, and consultative approaches to complex B2B sales in technical environments.
- • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior sales and business leaders, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
- • High level of business acumen, including the ability to assess commercial performance drivers, interpret market trends, and evaluate how talent impacts revenue growth and customer retention.
- • Proactive, relationship-driven mindset focused on nurturing long-term connections with industry professionals, even when no immediate role is available.
- • Comfort operating in a hybrid role that blends strategic market intelligence gathering with disciplined, process-oriented hiring execution and stakeholder management.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation range of $107,500.00 to $157,663.00 base salary, plus discretionary bonuses tied to individual and company performance.
- • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match, supporting long-term financial wellness.
- • Opportunities for professional growth and development within a global leader in water and hygiene solutions, including access to training, leadership programs, and cross-functional projects.
- • Flexible remote work arrangement with regional focus, enabling work-life balance while maintaining engagement with key markets and teams across the United States.
- • Recognition as part of a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree, reflecting organizational excellence, stability, and investment in people.
- • Inclusive and equitable workplace culture as an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer, committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion across all dimensions of identity.
