🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting senior leadership
- • Demonstrated prior remote work experience with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, plus experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability when handling sensitive information
