- • An Exercise Physiologist at Ansible Health leads telemedicine-based exercise sessions for patients with chronic cardiac and pulmonary conditions, playing a vital role in transforming healthcare delivery for medically complex populations through innovative, patient-centered care.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading multiple daily group exercise sessions via telehealth, demonstrating proper technique, monitoring vital signs and exertion levels, providing individualized modifications, assessing patient needs, delivering education on disease management and lifestyle changes, coordinating with multidisciplinary care teams, and advocating for patients’ access to community resources such as transportation, nutrition, and housing support.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field
- • ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) required, or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
- • Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in cardiac and/or pulmonary rehabilitation with high-risk, medically complex populations
- • Proficient in using telemedicine platforms and digital tools for patient management and education
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on patient education and team collaboration
- • Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
