  • • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers responsible for post-sale customer lifecycle management across EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on retention, account expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
  • • Own and drive renewal outcomes, account growth, and overall customer revenue performance through structured account planning and disciplined execution.
  • • Coach Account Managers through regular 1:1s, account reviews, and deal support to improve performance, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction.
  • • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with key clients to deepen engagement and identify expansion opportunities aligned with customer needs.
  • • Use customer data to proactively identify churn risks, expansion signals, and regional trends to inform strategic account decisions.
  • • Improve Sold-to-Invoice conversion rates and reduce post-Closed Won friction by optimizing internal processes and cross-functional alignment.
  • • Ensure consistent and disciplined CRM usage across the team, with clear account ownership and accurate forecasting.
  • • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to execute integrated customer growth initiatives and support go-to-market strategies for retention and expansion.
  • • Contribute to regional GTM strategy development around pricing, renewal models, and account expansion plays.
  • • Support the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Account Managers to scale the team effectively.
  • • Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and deliver deeper customer insights.
  • • Foster a high-performance, commercially focused, and accountable team culture that prioritizes customer value and revenue outcomes.
  • • Travel up to 25% for customer meetings, team offsites, and company events across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • • Operate from a hybrid model based in London, with expectations for in-office collaboration as needed.
  • • Report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA & APAC and play a key role in shaping Pebl’s customer growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience owning post-sale revenue, including renewals and account growth
  • • Experience leading and scaling Account Management or post-sale teams (4+ years)
  • • Based in London and open to a hybrid working model
  • • Strong commercial mindset with focus on both retention and growth
  • • Experience in EOR, global payroll, HR tech, or similar SaaS environments preferred
  • • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
