📋 Description

  • Develop and deliver immersive Virtual Reality (VR) scenes and scenarios to support engineering decisions in product design, production system design, manufacturing, maintenance, and human safety.
  • Act as the focal point for advanced visualization labs in Rzeszów, maintaining hardware and software environments required for effective VR reviews.
  • Create and validate technical data for airplane maintenance and fault isolation, ensuring compliance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and FAA/Foreign Regulatory standards.
  • Analyze complex engineering designs, supplier specifications, and engine manufacturer data to identify maintenance, repair, and tooling support requirements.
  • Develop configuration-specific procedures and instructions aligned with manufacturing and maintenance workflows.
  • Drive product design and process improvements to enhance safety, supportability, and maintainability of aerospace systems.
  • Design and implement fault isolation procedures and techniques to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Produce comprehensive system theory descriptions to ensure consistent understanding of systems and components across teams.
  • Conduct engineering analyses to validate the accuracy and reliability of maintenance data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to address technical inquiries, develop solutions, and assess maintenance operations.
  • Innovate new procedures and techniques to enhance product maintenance capabilities and integrate VR into manufacturing workflows.
  • Provide ongoing technical and operational support to VR integrators and cross-functional teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Translate manufacturing use cases into effective VR experiences by combining production engineering knowledge with hands-on systems administration of the Innovation Lab.
  • Deliver concise, leadership-ready report-outs and presentations to communicate technical findings and recommendations across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain and optimize CAD interoperability across engineering systems to ensure seamless data flow for VR visualization.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer initiatives for users of the VR laboratory and related digital tools.
  • Participate in organizational activities that influence the global Aerospace Industry and contribute to industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience working in engineering with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams
  • Strong CAD interoperability skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to produce concise report-outs for multi-function leadership
