- • Design and architect modern, cloud-native data solutions including unified customer profiles, identity-resolution workflows, and martech integrations aligned with industry best practices.
- • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to uncover technical and business requirements, identify root-cause pain points, and align cross-functional teams on strategic objectives and success metrics.
- • Translate client business goals into scalable, feasible technical solutions that leverage Acxiom’s capabilities and partner ecosystems while balancing feasibility, risk, and measurable ROI.
- • Lead technical discussions with prospects and clients, converting complex data and martech concepts into clear, outcome-based narratives that highlight business impact and Acxiom’s unique differentiators.
- • Support pre-sales efforts by contributing technical expertise to RFPs/RFIs, shaping solution narratives, and coordinating pricing inputs with internal stakeholders to accelerate deal closure.
- • Pilot and co-develop new solutions for emerging market needs, capturing insights to refine existing offerings and drive product adoption and innovation.
- • Provide direct feedback to product teams based on client engagements and market trends to influence the evolution of Acxiom’s solution strategy and feature roadmap.
- • Tailor technical messaging to diverse stakeholder roles—including C-level executives, marketing leaders, and IT teams—to ensure alignment and build confidence in proposed solutions using proof points, demos, and real-world examples.
- • Collaborate closely with sales, solutions strategy, and product teams to remove technical barriers, foster trust, and achieve shared revenue and customer success goals.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with emerging trends in martech, AI, identity resolution, data privacy, and related technologies, and actively share insights internally and with external audiences to reinforce thought leadership.
- • Make timely, objective decisions and take full ownership of solution design outcomes, ensuring accountability across all phases of client engagement and project delivery.
- • Operate as a remote-based expert, engaging with clients and teams across regions to deliver consistent, high-impact technical solutions without on-site presence requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years’ experience in martech or adtech industry as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role
- • Proven expertise in designing cloud-native data solutions including unified customer profiles, identity-resolution workflows, and martech integrations
- • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery sessions, translate business needs into technical architectures, and articulate value through compelling technical storytelling
- • Experience supporting pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution pitching, and coordinating pricing inputs with stakeholders
- • Strong collaboration skills working with sales, product, and solutions strategy teams to remove technical blockers and accelerate deal velocity
- • Continuous learning mindset with active engagement in emerging trends in martech, AI, identity, and privacy technologies
