- • Lead global teams responsible for training external Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) providers to perform shop visits on GE Aerospace engines, supporting fleet maintenance, third-party aspirations, and offloaded contracted work.
- • Collaborate with product line and commercial teams to assess offload partner landscapes, shape strategy for offload volumes, and standardize and optimize contract structures with external MROs.
- • Evaluate and restructure offload contractual terms, including incentives and penalties, to align with best practices and drive performance, quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
- • Contract with new offload partners as needed and ensure alignment between commercial campaigns, consulting agreements, and MRO capabilities.
- • Join GE Aerospace, a leader in providing MRO services for over 70,000 commercial and military engines, where you will contribute to strategic supplier enablement and operational excellence in a remote-first environment.
- • Develop expertise in global MRO operations, contract negotiation, aerospace supply chain strategy, and cross-functional leadership while influencing executive-level decisions on offload strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, operations, supply chain, or economics from an accredited college or university
- • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in strategy, program, or project leadership roles
- • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally based on business needs
