Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Drive Springboard’s next wave of impact by building the nationwide externship network that powers our new Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) program. You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and outpatient centers, translating their staffing needs into life-changing training opportunities for our learners.
- • Own the full top-of-funnel partnership lifecycle: identify high-potential sites through market mapping and list building, craft tailored outreach sequences, conduct 4–5 hours of daily outbound calls and emails, and convert cold prospects into enthusiastic partners who commit to hosting students.
- • Master the art of consultative selling in a healthcare context. Translate complex regulatory and educational requirements into concise value propositions for busy practice managers, medical directors, and HR leaders—showing them how hosting a Springboard extern increases their pipeline of job-ready talent at zero cost.
- • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in HubSpot, Airtable, and Salesforce. Log every touchpoint, tag site readiness indicators, and build dashboards that give Program Operations, Student Success, and Leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health and forecasted capacity.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to shepherd each site from “first yes” to “student on site.” Gather credentialing checklists, coordinate site agreements, schedule virtual orientations, and flag any compliance red-flags early so that learners start on time and partners feel supported.
- • Iterate on messaging and targeting weekly. Analyze response rates by region, practice size, and specialty; A/B test subject lines and call scripts; and share learnings with the broader Growth team to raise conversion benchmarks across all programs.
- • Champion partner success post-signature. Check in at 30, 60, and 90-day marks, collect feedback, surface wins to Marketing for case studies, and identify upsell opportunities such as hiring our graduates or expanding to additional departments.
- • Represent Springboard at virtual healthcare conferences, state association meetings, and regional workforce summits—building brand awareness and capturing warm leads that accelerate your pipeline.
- • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and empathy. Whether you’re refining an email template or troubleshooting a site’s onboarding bottleneck, you bring curiosity, data-driven thinking, and a genuine desire to expand access to healthcare careers.
