- • Drive new and expansion revenue for F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) solutions across named Enterprise accounts in North America, focusing on web application and API security, multi-cloud networking, edge services, and unified policy enforcement.
- • Qualify and manage sales opportunities using structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, ensuring clear tracking of value metrics, decision makers, buying processes, procurement requirements, champions, and competition.
- • Proactively advance sales opportunities by driving next steps, maintaining deal momentum, and resolving gaps or risks independently without requiring escalation or follow-up.
- • Own pipeline accuracy and revenue forecasting for assigned opportunities, ensuring timely CRM updates, accurate forecasting, and active participation in pipeline and forecast reviews.
- • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and proposals to technical and business stakeholders, leading negotiations and supporting contract close processes for complex enterprise deals.
- • Lead Distributed Cloud account strategy in partnership with core F5 field sales teams, Systems Engineers, and supporting sales resources to align on customer objectives and solution positioning.
- • Develop and manage strategic relationships with Systems Integrators, VARs, and regional channel partners to co-sell customer initiatives and expand joint opportunities.
- • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics in distributed cloud, networking, and cybersecurity markets to inform sales strategy and customer conversations.
- • Operate remotely from a home office within the assigned North American territory, with regular travel up to 50% by automobile and airplane to meet customers at their sites, data centers, or office locations.
- • Ensure high execution discipline, consistently meeting commitments and driving actions to completion without prompting, while managing multiple concurrent opportunities with urgency and prioritization.
- • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast integrity through disciplined inspection of deal qualification and readiness, ensuring accurate revenue projections and predictable outcomes.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and legal to support customer engagements and close complex enterprise transactions.
- • Engage executive and technical stakeholders to modernize application delivery, security, and connectivity across hybrid, multi-cloud, and edge environments as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- • Work outside standard business hours as necessary to accommodate customer schedules and global time zones.
- • Utilize consultative selling skills to position F5 Distributed Cloud solutions as strategic enablers of customer digital transformation and security objectives.
