• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for office-related matters such as repairs, vendors, supplies, and space planning; coordinating cleaning and maintenance; managing office supply inventory; overseeing office lunch programs, employee milestone gifts, and new hire onboarding; assisting with space planning and desk assignments in a hybrid environment; managing mail, shipping, and package deliveries; liaising with building management and third-party vendors; tracking facilities expenses and supporting budgeting; enforcing safety procedures and emergency preparedness; and partnering with HR to plan company events and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
