• • As the Facilities Manager at xAI Corporation, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing state-of-the-art infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and creating an inspiring environment that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading facilities operations (janitorial, landscaping, mechanics, HVAC, septic, water, trash, office supplies, build-outs, and general maintenance), managing third-party service providers, developing and executing site improvement projects, overseeing maintenance and repair of infrastructure, and driving team performance through coaching and development.
• • xAI is a small, highly motivated team focused on engineering excellence with a flat organizational structure, where all employees are expected to be hands-on, contribute directly to the mission of creating AI systems that understand the universe, and demonstrate strong communication, prioritization, and work ethic.
