- • Oversee day-to-day office operations across corporate and regional locations to ensure safe, efficient, and world-class workplace environments.
- • Lead strategic workplace initiatives that align physical workspace design and functionality with company goals and headcount growth.
- • Independently assess complex facilities issues and determine effective, timely courses of action without supervision.
- • Manage and optimize facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maintenance, supplies, and capital improvements.
- • Monitor and improve space utilization to support evolving team sizes and organizational structure across multiple locations.
- • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to maintain building systems, safety compliance, and operational standards.
- • Ensure all facilities meet or exceed health, safety, and regulatory requirements including fire codes, ADA compliance, and OSHA standards.
- • Implement and maintain workplace policies and procedures related to cleaning, maintenance, security, and environmental sustainability.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and emergencies across all Entrata office locations.
- • Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership teams to support employee experience initiatives through physical workspace enhancements.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, comfort, and productivity through facility upgrades and process improvements.
- • Track and report on key facilities metrics including budget adherence, vendor performance, space utilization rates, and incident response times.
- • Lead the planning and execution of office moves, renovations, and reconfigurations to accommodate team expansion or restructuring.
- • Maintain accurate records of facility assets, maintenance logs, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
- • Foster a culture of safety and accountability by conducting regular facility inspections and training staff on proper protocols.
- • Support company-wide events and functions by coordinating logistics, space setup, and resource allocation.
- • Stay current on industry best practices in workplace design, sustainability, and facilities management to continuously elevate Entrata’s workplace standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of progressive facilities management experience in corporate environments
- • Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and budgets exceeding $500,000 annually
- • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards (OSHA, ADA, fire codes)
- • Experience leading vendor relationships and negotiating service contracts
- • Demonstrated success in space planning and optimizing utilization for growing teams
- • Proficiency in facilities management software and CMMS systems
