• • The Facilities Operations Specialist at Cato Networks Ltd. plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of office facilities, directly supporting employee experience and business continuity in a fast-growing, innovative cloud networking and security leader.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, security, maintenance, and AV services; overseeing SLAs and contracts; coordinating daily operations like access control, deliveries, utilities, waste management, and housekeeping; acting as the primary liaison with building management; supporting health, safety, and compliance initiatives; tracking supplier spending and preparing operational reports; and collaborating with HR, IT, Workplace Experience, and Security teams to improve workflows and employee experience.
