- • As a Federal Account Executive – Civilian, you will serve as the primary territory owner and revenue driver for a defined portfolio of U.S. Federal Civilian agencies, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts in a hunter-first sales role.
- • You will own and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through proof-of-value, negotiation, and close—while collaborating with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and scalable business growth.
- • You will work at Zimperium, the world leader in mobile security, whose AI-driven platform delivers real-time, on-device protection for mobile applications and devices, trusted by leading organizations and governments to defend against mobile-targeted phishing, malware, app vulnerabilities, and zero-day exploits.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Federal Civilian procurement, build trusted advisor relationships with CISOs and IT decision-makers, and achieve quota attainment while contributing to Zimperium’s mission of enabling secure digital transformation across critical civilian agencies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- • 7+ years of enterprise software/technology sales experience within the public sector with consistent quota achievement and over attainment
- • 3+ years selling cybersecurity solutions, with strong preference for mobile security, endpoint security, or zero-trust architectures
- • Demonstrable experience applying MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to qualify and advance complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- • Proven ability to operate as a hunter—building pipeline from scratch via cold outreach, networking, partner co-selling, and event engagement
- • Deep familiarity with Federal Civilian procurement processes, contract vehicles (GSA MAS, SEWP, BPAs, OTAs, GWACs), and Federal budget cycle
- • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity documentation
- • Experience with Clari or comparable revenue intelligence platforms for deal inspection and commit forecasting
- • Exceptional executive communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills to engage credibly at C-suite and SES/Deputy Secretary level
- • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time to engage customers, attend industry events, and support partner activities
