- • Drive revenue growth by proactively selling the Lab Essentials portfolio—including Lab Weighing, Lab Water, Liquid Handling, Microbiology & Filtration—in the Seattle Metro, Portland Metro, and Western Canada territories.
- • Manage all sales results for mid-size and large accounts in the assigned territory, aligning activities with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
- • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities that align with market trends and company growth targets.
- • Build, manage, and sustain long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business within the life science sector.
- • Actively use Salesforce (SFDC) to log leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities with accurate, up-to-date data as the primary tool for sales steering and performance tracking.
- • Analyze Salesforce data to uncover sales trends, generate customer insights, and monitor progress toward individual and company-wide targets.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans by coordinating internal resources and cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and account success.
- • Promote newly launched products and services, ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies and follow-through on customer engagements.
- • Assess customer needs, respond to inquiries, and recommend tailored product and solution options based on laboratory and process-based life science requirements.
- • Coordinate and participate in regional marketing activities to support sales initiatives and brand visibility within the Pacific Northwest.
- • Regularly evaluate customer potential and translate insights into sustainable, measurable business outcomes.
- • Travel up to 35% overnight within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend events, and support field operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering
- • At least 3 years of field sales experience in laboratory or process-based life science environments
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM systems, with daily proactive usage
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- • High level of self-motivation, independence, and sense of responsibility
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
