Field Engineer / FDE

📋 Description

• • Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product
• • Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts
• • Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process
• • Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions
• • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience
• • Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes
• • Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers
• • Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms
• • Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
• • Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa
• • Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required.
