  • • As a Field Experience Representative for HOKA, you will be the vital link between our innovative running brand and the vibrant local communities we serve. Your primary mission will be to cultivate strong relationships, elevate brand awareness, and drive consumer engagement across your designated territory in Houston, TX.
  • • You will be instrumental in educating and inspiring retail partners by conducting comprehensive training sessions for store sales staff. This involves imparting deep product knowledge, effective selling techniques for technical running footwear and apparel, and reinforcing HOKA's brand ethos to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience at the point of sale.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve actively participating in and leading consumer-facing events, activations, and expos. At these gatherings, you will be the face of HOKA, engaging directly with potential customers, facilitating product try-ons, answering questions, and ultimately stimulating interest and driving sales.
  • • You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring HOKA's presence is felt and appreciated within retail environments. This includes proactively communicating any inventory-related concerns or opportunities to the sales representatives and maintaining a positive and professional brand representation within stores.
  • • The role demands a strategic approach to planning and executing your schedule. You will collaborate closely with sales representatives and office personnel to develop effective itineraries that maximize your reach and impact across the territory.
