- • As a Field FP&A Manager at Reddit, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights that shape high-level decision-making and drive the company’s mission of fostering community and belonging worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis; developing financial and workforce models; analyzing headcount growth and talent needs; and delivering actionable insights to executives on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- • You will join a forward-thinking Finance team at Reddit dedicated to scaling financial operations in a high-growth environment, working closely with Accounting, HR, and cross-functional leaders to improve processes and support strategic resource allocation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial planning and analysis, gain exposure to executive-level strategy, and develop advanced modeling and forecasting skills while making a tangible impact on how a mission-driven tech company allocates resources and measures success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies, with background in HR Finance, Compensation, or similar FP&A partnership roles
- • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; SQL experience and familiarity with ERP systems (GL, Planning & Consolidation) are a plus
- • Proven ability to work with large datasets, extract financial insights, and deliver data-driven business recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Experience building flexible financial models, scenario forecasts, and workforce plans aligned with long-term business goals
- • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with executives, HR, Accounting, and business leaders to drive strategic resource allocation and process improvement
