- • Vanta, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to serve as the operational linchpin for our dynamic field marketing initiatives. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on meticulous planning, seamless execution, and direct contribution to pipeline generation, ensuring Vanta's presence at key industry events and regional activations is impactful and successful.
- • As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving Vanta's brand awareness and demand generation efforts through strategic in-person and virtual events, targeted regional programs, and exclusive executive experiences. Your primary focus will be on creating meaningful interactions that effectively connect security, compliance, and IT decision-makers with Vanta's innovative solutions.
- • You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of regional field events, from initial concept and planning through to on-site execution and post-event analysis. This includes managing all logistical facets, such as venue selection, vendor negotiation and management, comprehensive budget oversight, event staffing, material shipping, and the coordination of audio-visual and technical requirements.
- • A key responsibility will be the research and evaluation of high-impact event and sponsorship opportunities. You will meticulously assess potential engagements to ensure they align perfectly with Vanta's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and specific regional sales priorities, maximizing the return on investment for each initiative.
- • You will be tasked with developing compelling event themes, crafting resonant messaging, and designing engaging programming that speaks directly to the needs and challenges of security, compliance, and IT leaders, ensuring Vanta's value proposition is clearly communicated.
- • Serving as the on-site event lead, you will be the primary point of contact and problem-solver, guaranteeing flawless execution and a positive experience for all attendees and stakeholders. Your ability to remain calm and effective under pressure will be crucial.
- • Close collaboration with Sales and SDR leadership is paramount. You will work hand-in-hand to ensure field marketing activities are tightly aligned with pipeline generation goals and support overarching account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, fostering a unified go-to-market approach.
- • You will orchestrate pre-event outreach campaigns designed to maximize registrations and secure valuable meetings with target accounts, ensuring a strong pipeline of engaged prospects.
- • A critical function of this role is to ensure a seamless and efficient process for lead capture, routing, and follow-up for all events, working closely with the sales team to capitalize on every opportunity.
- • You will be responsible for briefing sales teams on event attendees, providing key talking points, and outlining follow-up priorities, empowering them to engage effectively with leads generated from events.
- • Supporting post-event nurture campaigns in partnership with the Demand Generation team will be essential to maintain engagement and move prospects further down the funnel.
- • Managing the sourcing, inventory, and distribution of all event-related collateral, including branded merchandise, promotional materials, and executive gifts, will be a core duty, ensuring Vanta's brand is consistently and professionally represented.
- • You will play a vital role in ensuring Vanta's booth presence and overall brand experience at every activation is exceptional, memorable, and effectively communicates our value proposition.
- • Coordinating the complex logistics of shipping materials to events, vendors, and directly to prospects will require meticulous attention to detail and proactive planning.
- • Building and nurturing strong, reliable vendor relationships for essential services such as swag procurement, printing, and event production will be key to operational success.
- • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key event performance indicators (KPIs), including attendance metrics, pipeline generated, conversion rates, and overall return on investment (ROI), providing data-driven insights into program effectiveness.
