  • • Deel is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Field Marketing & Events Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives across the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) regions. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on owning the entire lifecycle of field marketing programs, with a particular emphasis on events and webinars, treating each activation as a comprehensive, integrated campaign. Your primary objective will be to drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact, from the initial stages of awareness generation through to meticulous post-event nurturing and analysis.
  • • Reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing Lead, you will be an integral part of a collaborative ecosystem, working in close partnership with Sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and global Marketing teams. Your mandate will be to develop and execute locally relevant marketing programs that resonate with target audiences, foster deep engagement, and demonstrably contribute to pipeline expansion. The ideal candidate possesses a profound expertise in event and webinar execution, coupled with a robust campaign-centric mindset and the analytical acumen required to continuously optimize program performance and demonstrate ROI.
  • • You will be responsible for the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of Deel's field marketing portfolio within the DACH and Benelux territories. This encompasses a diverse range of activities, including the management of regional trade shows, participation in key industry conferences, hosting exclusive executive dinners, orchestrating sales acceleration events designed to empower the sales team, and executing impactful webinars that educate and engage potential customers.
  • • A core tenet of this role is the approach to every event and webinar as a fully integrated marketing campaign. This involves defining precise target audiences, orchestrating targeted pre-event demand generation activities to build anticipation and secure attendance, managing the seamless onsite or live execution of the event, and implementing structured, data-driven post-event follow-up and nurture streams to maximize lead conversion and customer engagement.
  • • You will play a crucial role in developing localized messaging and collateral, working collaboratively with the regional lead, product marketing, content, and creative teams. This ensures that all marketing materials are not only relevant to the specific nuances of the DACH and Benelux markets but also maintain unwavering brand consistency with Deel's global identity.
  • • A critical aspect of your success will be your ability to partner effectively with SDR and Sales leadership. This collaboration is essential to maximize lead conversion rates from event-generated leads and to ensure tight, seamless alignment between all field marketing activities and overarching pipeline objectives. You will be the bridge connecting marketing efforts to sales outcomes.
  • • Operational excellence is paramount. You will manage all logistical and operational facets of the program, including cultivating and managing vendor relationships, meticulously tracking budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness, overseeing all event logistics, and ensuring flawless onsite or virtual delivery of events and webinars.
  • • You will also align closely with the Partner Events Manager to coordinate and execute co-marketing activations and leverage partner-sponsored events to extend reach and impact within the target regions.
  • • Defining and owning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all regional programs is a fundamental responsibility. Your focus will be on measurable outcomes, including pipeline contribution, the quality of engagement generated, and the overall Return on Investment (ROI) of each initiative.
  • • Finally, you will leverage performance data and direct feedback from the sales team to continuously refine and enhance the regional event and webinar strategy. This includes optimizing format selection, campaign approaches, and overall execution to ensure maximum effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
