  • • Design and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy centered on high-impact, high-touch in-person events including conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, fireside chats, networking events, VIP dinners, happy hours, partner events, brand activations, product launch events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • • Develop and manage a complementary virtual event strategy featuring webinars, virtual activations, and digital experiences to extend reach and augment field efforts.
  • • Oversee end-to-end event logistics for both domestic and international events, including vendor selection, budget management, attendee coordination, venue arrangements, and on-site execution.
  • • Implement standardized lead capture protocols at events and design post-event follow-up sequences to maximize pipeline generation and ensure consistent conversion tracking.
  • • Own and manage the annual event budget, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining premium brand standards across all activations.
  • • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align event initiatives with key business objectives and major product launches.
  • • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of individual events and the overall field marketing roadmap using clear metrics tied to brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline impact.
  • • Maintain strict brand consistency across all event materials, messaging, tone, visual identity, and attendee experience to reinforce Rogo’s sophisticated positioning in institutional finance.
  • • Adapt quickly between reactive event opportunities—such as securing executive participation in existing industry events with short notice—and proactive, multi-month planning of proprietary Rogo-hosted experiences.
  • • Engage with discerning audiences at top investment banks, private equity firms, and hedge funds, tailoring event content and execution to match the high standards of institutional finance professionals.
  • • Leverage deep understanding of B2B SaaS, FinTech, and AI industries to craft events that resonate with technical and decision-making stakeholders in finance.
  • • Balance autonomy with collaboration, independently driving event execution while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and company-wide goals.
  • • Stay current on industry trends in AI, financial technology, and enterprise software to inform event themes, speaker selection, and messaging that positions Rogo as a thought leader.
  • • Ensure all events reflect Rogo’s culture of intensity, ownership, and excellence, delivering experiences that are as innovative as the product being promoted.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Institutional Finance, FinTech, or AI
  • • Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline and brand awareness
  • • Strong project management and organizational skills — demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex programs simultaneously
  • • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt in ambiguous situations
  • • Ability to code-switch between reactive event execution (e.g., securing executive participation in days) and proactive, end-to-end event planning over months
  • • Deep understanding of institutional finance audiences and the ability to engage discerning, high-level stakeholders
