  • • Field Marketing Manager at Canals, Inc. plays a critical role in driving growth through strategic event execution and offline marketing initiatives, directly supporting revenue generation by enabling sales teams to build relationships and close deals at industry trade shows and virtual events.
  • • The role ensures seamless operational delivery of marketing events, allowing the company to maximize ROI from its participation in high-impact industry gatherings while maintaining brand consistency and logistical precision across all touchpoints.
  • • Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows including booth design and setup, swag procurement and distribution, attendee travel and accommodation coordination, registration management, and on-site event execution to ensure flawless attendee experiences.
  • • Develop and coordinate pre- and post-event outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid advertising, in-app messaging, and attendee list segmentation to maximize engagement before, during, and after each event.
  • • Support internal and external presenters by assisting with slide deck development, speaker readiness planning, session logistics, AV requirements, and scheduling to ensure high-quality conference talks and webinars.
  • • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date conference calendar that tracks past, current, and potential future events, and contribute to strategic evaluation of new opportunities based on audience alignment, cost, and historical performance.
  • • Track, analyze, and report on key event metrics including lead generation, pipeline influence, cost per acquisition, and overall ROI to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and justify future investments.
  • • Manage end-to-end logistics for account-based marketing (ABM) gifting campaigns, including gift selection, packaging, shipping coordination, tracking, and delivery confirmation to ensure personalized, timely outreach to target accounts.
  • • Own and nurture relationships with event vendors, conference organizers, industry associations, and sponsorship partners to negotiate favorable terms, ensure compliance, and unlock collaborative opportunities.
  • • Develop, monitor, and manage event budgets with strict financial oversight, ensuring all expenditures are tracked, approved, and aligned with marketing goals and company financial policies.
  • • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align event messaging, gather feedback from the field, and translate customer insights into actionable improvements for future campaigns and product positioning.
