- • As a Field Marketing Manager at Horizon3.ai, you will own and execute regional field marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and build enterprise credibility for the NodeZero platform, a cybersecurity solution used by organizations ranging from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises.
- • You will plan and execute hosted executive dinners, third-party conferences, roadshows, and account-specific activations; manage end-to-end event logistics; partner with SDR and sales teams on lead handoff and follow-up sequences; and deploy digital air cover to amplify field programs.
- • You will join a remote-first cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated security practitioners, united by a mission to eliminate ineffective security tools, alert fatigue, and the skills shortage through autonomous pentesting innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in ABM-driven field marketing, cybersecurity buyer engagement, and measurable pipeline attribution, while contributing to executive roundtable programming and gaining visibility into GTM strategy execution at a fast-growing enterprise security leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
- • Demonstrated ability to own a field program from concept through post-event reporting with clear pipeline outcomes
- • Strong project management skills - comfortable running multiple programs simultaneously with competing deadlines
- • Experience partnering directly with SDR and sales teams on pre- and post-event sequences and lead handoff
- • Working knowledge of Salesforce for campaign tracking and pipeline reporting
- • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, or equivalent) for list management and nurture coordination
- • Comfort with CPO-based budgeting and ROI reporting - you know how to defend a spend decision with data
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write compelling invite copy and executive-facing event briefs
- • Willingness to travel up to 40% for event execution and customer programs
