- • As a Field Marketing Manager at OPSWAT, you will lead field marketing initiatives across Central Europe to drive business growth and strengthen market presence in the cybersecurity sector. Your role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives to generate qualified leads, support channel partners, and enhance brand visibility at key industry events.
- • Day to day, you will plan and execute tradeshows and conferences, manage local marketing spend, create and localize marketing materials, coordinate webinars and partner events, track lead flow and follow-up reporting, and collaborate with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns.
- • OPSWAT is a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure for over 1,700 organizations worldwide. You will join a dynamic, remote-first team based in Germany, working closely with EMEA sales, channel partners, and global marketing to deliver impactful field programs that support revenue goals.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B technology field marketing within the cybersecurity industry, gain experience managing MDF programs and partner co-marketing initiatives, refine your analytical and presentation skills, and contribute directly to sales pipeline growth while operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 5+ years B2B technology field marketing experience
- • Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events
- • Experience executing outbound email marketing and social media campaigns
- • Experience building marketing plans with channel partners and managing an MDF program
- • Native or fluent German speaker, based in Germany
