- • As a Field Marketing Manager at Didero, you will own and build the company’s field marketing engine from the ground up, driving pipeline through high-impact events and experiences that directly tie to revenue.
- • You will manage the full field marketing calendar, execute end-to-end event logistics, design pre- and post-event outreach motions, and partner closely with Sales to convert attendance into qualified pipeline and revenue.
- • You will join a fast-growing AI startup backed by top-tier venture funds, working with a team of builders and believers focused on automating supply chain workflows with AI agents.
- • You will develop extreme ownership, sharpen your growth marketing skills, and learn to leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks while focusing on high-impact, revenue-driving activities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 6 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI, with a proven track record generating qualified pipeline and revenue from field activity.
- • Experience managing end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, catering, A/V, swag, travel, and on-site execution across conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner events.
- • Proficiency with CRM and event marketing tools to track performance from registration through closed revenue, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
