📋 Description

• As the Field Marketing Manager, Asia at Kong Inc., you will develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across the Asia Pacific market, playing a critical role in supporting revenue goals and market expansion.
• You will develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to specific Asian markets, manage integrated campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events, oversee marketing collateral production, utilize marketing automation and AI tools, conduct data analysis for performance tracking, collaborate with sales on pipeline generation, manage project timelines and budgets, and stay informed on regional market dynamics and competitor activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or regional marketing in Asia
• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management
• Experience with Marketing Automation platforms is essential
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform Data Analysis and derive actionable insights
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
