Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Field Marketing Manager, Partners at Anthropic, you will drive the strategy and execution of partner marketing events across North America, directly contributing to joint pipeline generation and revenue acceleration through high-impact in-person and virtual experiences with strategic technology, channel, and alliance partners.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of partner events — from initial strategy and partner recruitment through execution, pipeline attribution, and post-event analysis — ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with sales and partnerships goals.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, BDR, demand generation, content, and brand to build targeted invite lists, create compelling event collateral, and maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and post-event follow-up.
- • You will manage event budgets with a focus on efficiency and outcomes, maintain detailed project plans and vendor relationships, and develop scalable, repeatable playbooks for partner event programs that can be adapted across regions.
- • You will serve as the primary marketing liaison to the partner marketing team, ensuring alignment on joint GTM priorities and co-marketing plans while working with regional sales leadership to align events with territory plans and priority accounts.
- • You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, taking ownership of initiatives without waiting for direction and demonstrating a proven ability to move fast and deliver results in hyper-growth settings.
- • You will contribute to Anthropic’s mission of building safe, interpretable, and steerable AI systems by helping scale partner engagement and market presence through strategic field marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth and impact goals.
- • You will gain deep experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing at a leading AI safety company, refining your expertise in pipeline-driven event strategy, cross-functional leadership, and scalable program design while working alongside researchers, engineers, and policy experts committed to beneficial AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with required experience working for a late-stage technology startup or hyper-growth public technology company.
- • Demonstrated experience building and executing co-marketing events and programs with technology, channel, or alliance partners that generate joint pipeline.
- • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field events — thinking in terms of pipeline impact, not just attendance — with ability to tie events to measurable revenue outcomes.
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and partners simultaneously, including budget oversight, vendor coordination, and detailed logistics planning.
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, effective with both external partners and internal stakeholders across sales, partnerships, demand generation, and executive teams.
- • Comfort with event and marketing technology stacks including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Splash/Eventbrite, 6sense, or similar platforms for tracking, automation, and attribution.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive annual compensation range of $255,000 to $320,000 USD (On Target Earnings for this role, including base salary and target bonuses/commissions).
- • Visa sponsorship available — Anthropic makes every reasonable effort to support candidates requiring work authorization and retains immigration counsel to assist with the process.
- • Hybrid work model with expectation of in-office presence at least 25% of the time; for this role, up to 40% travel required for partner and customer events, with monthly San Francisco office visits expected for non-local staff.
- • Generous vacation and parental leave policies, flexible working hours, and access to a collaborative office space in San Francisco.
- • Optional equity donation matching and a culture focused on impact, collaboration, and mission-driven work in AI safety and stewardship.
- • Commitment to diversity and inclusion — Anthropic encourages applications from all backgrounds and actively works to reduce barriers for underrepresented groups in tech.
