• • The Field Marketing Team Lead, Events is responsible for owning the execution and program development of Mitratech’s Field + Sales events and virtual roundtable initiatives, translating Director-defined strategy into high-impact, repeatable programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning Field + Sales events (sporting suites, executive dinners, VIP experiences) and virtual roundtables for HR leaders from planning through execution and optimization, managing logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution, speaker coordination, invitations, facilitation support, and follow-up, while providing day-to-day guidance and execution support to junior team members.
