- • Field Operations Manager / Associate at WorkWhile Inc. is a ground-level execution role responsible for overseeing shift leads across enterprise accounts in warehousing, events, and retail in the TriState region, ensuring operational quality, client satisfaction, and workforce stability.
- • Day to day, you will directly oversee a portfolio of shift leads, conduct regular check-ins on performance and attendance, coach on communication and safety, support site launches, serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client managers, submit weekly reports, maintain records in workforce systems, and resolve on-site issues to uphold execution standards.

- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise by managing client relationships, building lead pipelines, creating site-specific playbooks, and gaining hands-on experience in field operations, workforce management, and performance accountability within a high-growth startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Based in New York or New Jersey with reliable access to Tri-state area client sites
- • Comfortable with data and reporting tools such as Google Sheets or workforce management platforms
- • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites regularly
- • Experience in supervisory, operations, or logistics role with direct team responsibility (Associate level) or 3+ years managing shift leads/hourly teams across multiple sites (Manager level)
- • Strong communicator, organized, reliable, and comfortable working with clients, leads, and workers in fast-paced environments
