📋 Description

• Coordinate and support the installation of Gridware’s advanced sensing systems on utility infrastructure across various Northern California regions.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work outdoors in dynamic field environments, communicating effectively with contractors and utility personnel.
• Take ownership of field operations in remote locations.
• Participate in training sessions, including a 5-day training program in Richmond, CA.
• Work a standard Monday–Friday schedule with 8-10-hour shifts, with rotational schedules available to ensure adequate rest and recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in field operations, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.

• $30/hour regular pay.
• $45/hour overtime pay.
• Overtime eligible after 40 hours per week.
