- • Map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partners across Aberdeen and Dundee in a highly organized manner, becoming a local market expert on emerging and high-demand dining establishments.
- • Conduct physical visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach to restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo’s technology and value proposition to restaurant owners.
- • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners, ensuring it is quick, efficient, and seamless from signing to live status.
- • Ensure the success and performance of newly signed restaurants within the first eight weeks of partnership, providing guidance and support to maximize order volume and customer satisfaction.
- • Sample food from a variety of high-quality restaurants to gain firsthand experience of the offerings and better communicate their appeal to customers and partners.
- • Attend local restaurant and food industry meetups to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and strengthen Deliveroo’s presence in the North Scotland food scene.
- • Meet monthly KPIs focused on the number of restaurants signed, the quality of those restaurants, and their performance in the first three months post-signing.
- • Negotiate win-win commercial deals that align restaurant economics with Deliveroo’s growth objectives, demonstrating a clear understanding of food delivery economics for both parties.
- • Take full ownership of sales targets and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market with demanding performance expectations.
- • Utilize strong communication skills—face-to-face, over the phone, and via email—to articulate Deliveroo’s product and industry knowledge to restaurant owners.
- • Maintain a tenacious, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in a dynamic and evolving food delivery landscape.
- • Possess a genuine interest in food, restaurants, and culinary trends, leveraging this passion to build authentic relationships with restaurant partners.
- • Operate with a valid driving licence and personal vehicle to travel throughout the Aberdeen and Dundee regions for restaurant visits and client meetings.
