You will be instrumental in demonstrating the tangible benefits of Saltz, highlighting its user-friendly interface and its ability to streamline the often-complex process of food sourcing.

You will be responsible for managing approximately 10-15 client meetings per week, ensuring thorough follow-up to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal users.   • • To effectively manage your pipeline and collaborate with the wider team, you will utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other essential sales tools. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of your interactions, progress, and client feedback is crucial, enabling the entire Saltz team to provide comprehensive support and ensure a seamless customer journey. We provide comprehensive training on our CRM and sales methodologies, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the B2B or hospitality sector.
  • • Strong understanding of the restaurant or food service industry, gained through direct experience (e.g., chef, kitchen manager, F&B management) or sales to this sector.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • • Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and proficient in English (minimum B1 level).
  • • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Cologne area.
  • • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
