Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard new restaurant partners onto the Saltz.App, a cutting-edge digital marketplace designed to connect chefs directly with high-quality producers.
- • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with chefs, restaurant managers, and owners, understanding their unique sourcing challenges and demonstrating how Saltz provides a seamless, transparent, and efficient solution.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve a significant amount of field work, visiting a diverse range of culinary establishments, from cozy, independent eateries to high-end, Michelin-starred restaurants. This direct interaction is crucial for understanding the pulse of the industry and effectively communicating the value proposition of Saltz.
- • A key part of your role will be to conduct engaging product demonstrations of the Saltz.App, showcasing its intuitive interface and powerful features that simplify the ordering process and ensure reliability.
- • You will manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, aiming to conduct approximately 10-15 meetings per week. This requires excellent time management, strategic planning, and consistent follow-up to ensure no potential partner is overlooked.
- • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking your progress, utilizing our CRM system and other sales tools to log interactions, manage leads, and report on your achievements. Training on these tools will be provided, ensuring you have the necessary skills to succeed.
