  • • Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers across Munich. You will be the face of Saltz, introducing them to our innovative solution that simplifies sourcing, enhances transparency, and ultimately elevates their culinary creations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on face-to-face interaction and are passionate about the food industry.
  • • You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, scheduling and conducting approximately 10-15 meetings per week. These meetings will involve demonstrating the Saltz application, highlighting its user-friendly interface, and explaining how it streamlines the ordering process, ensuring reliability and quality for their businesses. Your ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Saltz will be crucial to your success.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve strategic planning and execution. You will independently plan your weekly schedule, optimizing your routes and meeting times to maximize efficiency and client engagement. While you will have the autonomy to manage your workflow, you will also receive guidance and support from our experienced team to ensure you are on track to meet and exceed your sales targets.
  • • Post-meeting, your commitment to follow-up is paramount. You will be expected to maintain diligent records of your interactions, progress, and client needs using our CRM system and other provided tools. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the B2B or SaaS space, or a strong understanding of the gastronomy sector (e.g., chef, restaurant management, hospitality). Career changers with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
  • • Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • • Must be based in Munich, with the ability to travel extensively within the city to visit client locations.
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, listen actively, solve problems, and close deals.
  • • Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for managing client interactions and tracking progress.
