- • As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Saltz in the vibrant Vilnius culinary scene. Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers, introducing them to the transformative benefits of our digital marketplace. You will be instrumental in demonstrating how Saltz simplifies their procurement processes, enhances ingredient quality, and ultimately contributes to their culinary creativity and business success.
- • Your role will involve a significant amount of field-based work, with the expectation of conducting approximately 10-15 client meetings per week. This hands-on approach is crucial for building trust and understanding the unique needs of each establishment. You will be responsible for meticulously following up on all leads and interactions, ensuring that every potential partner feels valued and supported throughout their journey with Saltz.
- • Strategic planning and execution will be key components of your role. You will be empowered to plan your weekly schedule, balancing client visits, follow-ups, and administrative tasks. While you will have the autonomy to manage your workflow, guidance and support will be readily available to help you achieve and exceed your sales targets. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and surpass these objectives, driving growth for both Saltz and the businesses you partner with.
- • A core part of your engagement will be conducting live demonstrations of the Saltz application. You will showcase firsthand how our platform streamlines the ordering process, provides reliable access to ingredients, and offers unparalleled transparency into sourcing. These demonstrations will be tailored to the specific environment of each restaurant, highlighting the practical advantages and ease of use that Saltz offers.
- • To ensure seamless collaboration and effective tracking of your progress, you will utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other essential tools. You will diligently record notes on your interactions, client feedback, and sales pipeline. This data-driven approach allows the entire Saltz team to stay informed, provide comprehensive support, and collectively contribute to your success. We provide thorough training on all necessary tools, ensuring you have the resources to excel.
- • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
