- • As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to immerse yourself in the local gastronomic landscape. You will be actively visiting restaurants, cafes, hotels, and other culinary establishments throughout Vilnius. Your mission is to engage with chefs, restaurant owners, and procurement managers, introducing them to the Saltz marketplace and demonstrating how our platform can significantly simplify their sourcing processes, enhance ingredient quality, and ultimately contribute to their business success. This role is inherently hands-on, requiring you to be comfortable navigating busy kitchen environments and building rapport with culinary professionals.
- • A significant part of your role will involve managing a robust pipeline of potential clients. You will be expected to conduct approximately 10-15 targeted meetings per week, ensuring thorough follow-up and nurturing relationships to move prospects through the sales cycle. This requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to client engagement. You will be empowered to plan your weekly schedule, strategically identifying and prioritizing outreach efforts to maximize your impact, with guidance and support available when needed. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- • A key component of your daily activities will be conducting compelling product demonstrations. You will showcase the intuitive functionality and benefits of the Saltz application directly within the chef's own environment, illustrating precisely how our platform streamlines the ordering process, ensures reliability, and provides access to a wider array of ingredients than ever before. This requires a clear understanding of the platform’s features and the ability to articulate their value proposition in a way that resonates with the specific needs of each establishment.
- • To ensure seamless collaboration and track your progress effectively, you will be responsible for diligently utilizing our CRM system and other relevant tools. This involves meticulously recording notes on client interactions, sales progress, and feedback. This data is vital for the entire Saltz team, enabling us to provide you with the best possible support, identify market trends, and collectively drive the growth of the platform. Comprehensive training will be provided on our CRM and other essential tools, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed.
