Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full sales cycle for TheFork in Munich, Bavaria and beyond. You will independently map the local restaurant scene, identify high-potential venues and build a strategic pipeline of 150+ prospects each quarter.
- • Hit the streets every day, combining data-driven planning with old-school hustle. Expect to complete 4–5 high-quality drop-ins or pre-booked meetings daily, covering everything from neighbourhood trattorias to Michelin-starred dining rooms.
- • Become the trusted advisor who shows restaurateurs how TheFork’s ecosystem—table-management software, yield-driven promotions, widget booking calendars and targeted marketing campaigns—can turn empty tables into profitable nights.
- • Deliver tailored, story-based demos on the spot: open your tablet, walk owners through live dashboards, show real-time reservation flows and quantify incremental revenue in minutes. Your pitch always ends with a clear ROI calculation the chef or GM can take to their business partner the same afternoon.
- • Negotiate and close contracts on the go. You will master objection-handling around commission models, integration fears and competitive comparisons, then secure digital signatures so the restaurant is live on TheFork and affiliate Tripadvisor sites within 48 hours.
- • Maintain laser-focused follow-up. Between visits you will run structured email sequences, WhatsApp nudges and phone calls until every “maybe” turns into a signed partner. CRM hygiene is non-negotiable—every interaction is logged in Salesforce with next steps and revenue forecasts.
- • Collaborate daily with our Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams. You will relay field insights that shape new features (e.g., deposit handling for high-demand nights) and co-create seasonal campaigns that drive diner traffic to your freshly signed venues.
- • Champion TheFork’s culture of respect, ownership, growth and “better together.” Whether mentoring new reps, sharing win stories on Slack or joining our monthly virtual table to celebrate local cuisine, you will embody the movement that is redefining Europe’s restaurant industry.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and restaurant acquisition targets while keeping churn under 2 %. Your performance is measured by signed contracts, average monthly recurring revenue per site and customer satisfaction scores after 90 days.
- • Enjoy the freedom of remote work combined with the energy of the road. You plan your own calendar, choose the cafés where you prep between meetings and finish the week with a Friday demo-day from your favourite co-working spot or home office.
