- • As a Field Sales Representative for TheFork in Cosenza, you will champion restaurant culture by driving business development in your designated area, connecting local restaurants with Europe’s leading booking platform and helping them thrive through innovative digital solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying in-scope restaurants, organizing your schedule for proactive outreach via cold calls, walk-in visits, and pre-arranged meetings, presenting and selling TheFork’s full suite of products and services—including promotions, software tools, booking widgets, and marketing solutions—and following up with clients until deals are closed and restaurants are successfully published online.
- • You will join a diverse, people-first team at TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, operating across 11 countries with a mission to create unique dining experiences through innovation and passion for the restaurant industry, guided by values of respect, ownership, growth, and collaboration.
- • In this role, you will develop strong commercial and negotiation skills, deepen your expertise in B2B sales within the hospitality sector, master CRM and digital sales tools, and grow professionally through access to continuous learning programs like LinkedIn Learning, all while contributing to the digital transformation of restaurants in your region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native Italian language proficiency
- • Proven experience in business development, preferably in B2B and restaurants/hospitality environments
- • Strong commercial mindset, influencing skills, and customer orientation
- • Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Suite; CRM software experience is preferable
- • Self-starter with results-driven attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- • Willingness to learn, curiosity about food, tech, and digital products, and passion for the restaurant industry
