  • • As a Global Sales Account Executive at SHI International Corp., you will drive revenue growth by expanding product and service portfolios within existing accounts and developing new business with targeted customers in the telecommunications sector. Your role is critical to helping organizations leverage technology solutions to solve complex business challenges, directly contributing to SHI’s mission as a $16B global IT solutions provider.
  • • Day to day, you will identify customer needs, qualify sales opportunities, present tailored solutions, overcome objections, and close deals across Cloud, Data Center, Mobility, Security, ITAM, and Lifecycle Services. You will collaborate with sales leadership, internal support teams, and external partners, maintain accurate pipeline data, participate in industry events, and continuously educate yourself on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
  • • Minimum 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
  • • Minimum 50% time outside of an office setting meeting with existing and potential customers
  • • Ability to excel in a team selling environment - Intermediate
  • • Ability to continually meet or exceed sales targets - Intermediate
  • • Currently hold or have the ability to obtain required sales and/or technical certifications within first 90 days of employment
