- • Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals, including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth in the Nordics and Benelux markets.
- • Coach and develop team members through feedback, training, and skill-building in inbound sales, product knowledge, and consultative sales strategies to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.
- • Recruit, select, and train new Inbound Growth Specialists to maintain headcount and build a high-performing sales team aligned with HubSpot’s methodology and values.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other sales managers, directors, and executives, to drive business growth and share best practices across the organization.
- • Maintain deep technical and market knowledge of the HubSpot platform, inbound marketing, and local market dynamics to build and execute effective regional growth plans.
- • Uphold and model HubSpot’s core values and leadership traits, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-trust team culture grounded in accountability and emotional intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional fluency in English is required.
- • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- • Experience leading a consultative sales process with ability to segment and manage territories effectively.
- • Superior coaching skills, including ability to observe, evaluate, and apply techniques to improve team performance.
- • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results to drive behavioral changes and growth plans.
- • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
