- • As a Business Development Representative Associate at Block, Inc. (Square), you will be the first point of contact for prospective sellers, helping to build the Sales Development organization by identifying and engaging merchants who can benefit from Square’s integrated commerce and financial services ecosystem.
- • Day to day, you will manage a diverse pipeline of businesses, prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles, and reach out at scale through cold calling, emailing, and social selling to promote Square’s value proposition using a solutions-based approach.
- • You will join a high-energy, motivated team within Square’s Restaurant or Generalist sales organization, working closely with Account Executives to document and track qualified opportunities, while contributing to Square’s mission of enabling sellers of all sizes to grow through omnichannel tools and embedded financial services.
- • In this role, you will develop expert knowledge of Square’s products and services, grow your sales career through mentorship and developmental opportunities, consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas, and increase your on-target earnings through internal leveling — positioning yourself for long-term growth within the company.
