- • The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, and loss ratio goals, and other KPIs on an annual basis by effectively managing the agents of an assigned market to increase company market share by driving profitable growth.
- • Day to day responsibilities include positioning and promoting the full suite of National General Insurance products into Independent Agency Partners, delivering on the business unit’s annual execution plan, serving as the key company liaison within the assigned market, collaborating with agencies to create strategic business plans, using production data to identify trends and address performance, consulting with agents on market intelligence, integrating products with industry technology, collaborating with Product, Pricing, and Operations on stakeholder and risk analysis, and developing the new agency appointment pipeline.
- • The role operates within National General, a part of The Allstate Corporation, which offers home, auto, accident and health insurance, and specialty niche products through a large network of independent insurance agents and direct-to-consumer channels.
