Your primary role will be to engage directly with chefs, restaurant owners, and culinary professionals in the vibrant gastronomic scene of Warsaw. You will be the trusted face of Saltz, introducing them to our innovative digital marketplace that directly connects quality producers with passionate kitchens.
- • Your days will be dynamic and field-oriented, involving approximately 10-15 in-person meetings per week. You will proactively identify and approach potential clients, understanding their unique sourcing challenges and demonstrating how Saltz provides a superior solution. This involves not just presenting our platform but truly understanding the needs of each establishment, from Michelin-starred restaurants to bustling bistros.
- • A key responsibility will be to showcase the Saltz application through live demonstrations, highlighting its user-friendly interface and the tangible benefits it offers, such as access to a wider variety of high-quality ingredients, increased transparency in sourcing, and streamlined ordering processes. You will articulate how Saltz empowers chefs to discover unique products and how producers gain immediate access to a broader market.
- • You will be entrusted with planning and executing your weekly schedule, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up. While you will have the autonomy to manage your workflow, you will also receive guidance and support to help you achieve and exceed your sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship building.
- • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients will be paramount. You will act as a consultant, offering solutions and insights that help their businesses thrive. - • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the gastronomy, hospitality, or direct sales sectors. Experience in running a kitchen, managing a bar, or working as a concierge is highly valued.
- • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and confidently present solutions and close deals.
- • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong ability to manage your own schedule, plan effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- • Fluency in both spoken and written Polish and English.
